Our most popular adult race, the GoodLife FITNESS 10KM, is a beautiful adventure through the streets of Halifax and Dartmouth. You’ll swing through the vibrant streets of Halifax’s north end, up and over the Macdonald bridge, along the coast of beautiful Dartmouth, and back over the bridge where you’ll finish in front of the glorious Halifax Citadel National Historic site. What more could you ask for?

The route is perfect for both walkers and runners of all abilities as it provides a challenging route with the perfect amount of adventure.  So, go ahead and Giv’er a try! Put the GoodLife FITNESS 10KM route on your to-do list for 2018.

Ready to Giv’er? Giv’er Twice with the Tim Hortons Double Double! Warm up with the 5 KM on Saturday afternoon before running the 10KM on Sunday. Twice the run is twice the fun!

Course Information

Start line is located on Sackville Street, near Queen. Participants will head to Agricola Street and run over the Macdonald Bridge, then for the first time, we will be leading runners under the Bridge for a unique harbour and bridge view, before returning back to the finish on Brunswick Street.
