TRAINING AND SUPPORT
The Scotiabank Blue Nose Marathon wants to help you achieve all of your fitness goals. As part of this thinking, we've created a great training and support component for our website. This section is packed with nutrition tips, running information and injury prevention techniques to help you along the way. In addition, we've assembled a team of runners, Team Myles, who will share with us their challenges and successes as they pursue their own fitness goals leading up to the Race Weekend.
